FILLING AND CLOSING SECTION
- Monoblock: It is a machine that fills and caps empty bottles coming from blow molding on the same body. There is no mechanical connection between the filling group and the capping group. Very precise synchronization is achieved with Sevro motors. Since the bottle outlet is elevator type, there is no need to adjust the conveyor paths up and down when changing the type.
- Gravity Filling: Filling takes place completely mechanically, according to the principle of gravity. The filling process begins when the bottle presses on the valve and seals. As soon as the level reaches the desired point (air return hole), the excess product is taken from the air return path to the ground tank and returned to the system. Thus, it is smooth and precise. Filling takes place. Thanks to the umbrella type filling system, very fast filling is achieved since the filling water and the air in the bottle do not collide.
- Carrying from the Neck: It is the system that performs the filling and capping process by carrying the bottles from the neck. Since the number of parts that need to be changed when changing the bottle type (size) is very low and it does not require height adjustment, the type change time is very short. Moreover, since it grips the bottle from the neck during transportation, it prevents scratches and wear on the bottle. .
