Water Filling

It is the full automatic machine with CE certificate, made of stainless steel, it is rinsing , filling the plastic bottles from 0,25 lt till 2 lt then closing them with diffrent types of caps according to the client request.

Overview

It is fully automatic machine with CE certificate, catch the bottles which come through the air conveyor to the filler unit from their necks and during the process handled them from the neck by rotatif movement .

Filling System

During filling when they reach to the required the discharge pipe of the nozzle g oto the ground tank to keep the level of water same in all bottles

İf it no bottle the nozzle will not open

CIP is applying through the ground tank to able clean all the surface which the product go through it
