PLC control is used to insert or take bottles into plastic crates or cardboard cartons fully automatic machine.

 Operating System: 

 with pneumatic grippers (heads) are arranged acording to the bottle shape and to their feeding on the conveyor 

also these specific heads take the bottles up and leave it down inside the case

 200-420 mm wide and 300-600 mm long and bottles for parcels of 210-380 mm height 2x2 - 3x4 - 5x4 - 6x4 as you can place. 

 The machines are manufactured as a single head Up to  6 head 300 to 1,800 boxes / hour capacity. 

 It is very quick and easy to change parts.

 Operating System:

Pack sequences that  automatically prepared as a layer , get superimposed  on the platform  and transferred to the pallet that waiting at stacking unit.

The stripper (sweeper) that discends back of the packs puts the pack sequences  onto the pallet by backward movement of the platform. Platform hives each layer with same movement. As loaded pallet is removing out on the roller conveyor , the empty  one is taken automatically and is centered on stacking unit.
